Shax is part of the Investing In Volunteers program, which aims to provide opportunities for local people to volunteer and gain work experience fostering community and purpose in the community.

We also provide training and development of our volunteers so they can develop their skills and knowledge in a range of areas. Allowing them to move onto further employment or education.
