Warehouse Assistant

Help with lifting & shifting furniture, getting stock ready for deliveries and collections.

Schedule: Weekdays, 10am-3pm

Location: SHAX

Skills Needed: Physical fitness, attention to detail

Help maintain proper furniture displays in-store and prepare items for sale.

Schedule: Weekdays, 10am-4pm

Skills Needed: Creativity, attention to detail

Bric a Brac - Merchandiser

Sort donated items and put them on display, including books, bric-a-brac, fashion accessories and toys.

Schedule: Weekdays, 1pm-3pm

Help with day to day delivery and collections of items for the charity. Lifting and moving furniture required.

SHAX Trustee

As a Board member, you’ll help ensure SHAX is properly run to meet its charitable aims. You’ll contribute to strategic decisions, uphold our values, and support the team in delivering real change.

Schedule: Flexable

Location: SHAX

Skills Needed: We’re seeking individuals with integrity, strategic vision, and a commitment to SHAX’s mission. You should understand the responsibilities of being a charity trustee and be willing to attend at least 75% of Board meetings. Teamwork, good judgement, and a readiness to contribute your time and skills are essential.
